Making a Positive Impact
Welcome to LF FITNESS, I am Head Coach, Louise Fitzgerald. Born in Bristol but started my career whilst living in London when my son was very young. After facing numerous difficulties of my own, including my weight, confidence, negative body image and low self esteem, I began my mission to pull myself into a much healthier state of mind. I realised that we all, just need, a bit of help from time to time.
Before coaching, for over 10 years I worked in the mental health sector and I myself have suffered from PTSD, anxiety and periods of depression throughout my life.
Since becoming a coach i have taken part in a range of events, my most recent ones being over 12 full Tough Mudders and a 100km Ultra-marathon, Race to the Stones in July 2019.
I can help you learn to enjoy the process of creating a lasting, positive body image for yourself and to really enjoy the journey instead of solely focusing on the end result. Goals change and so do we, as we learn more and see our bodies changing, we can become more confident and content with what we see in the mirror and more comfortable in the clothes we wear.
My qualifications and experience
I am a fully qualified L3 Personal Trainer, REPS registered, with many years of one to one and small group coaching, I am a confident Spin Instructor and have vast experience in leading a range of large gym based classes, I have successfully gained my L3 GP Exercise Referral qualification. I am also currently studying towards my L4, specialising in Lower Back Pain. I tailor all sessions to the individual and generally have a very relaxed, fun, yet challenging and rewarding teaching style.

Full Body Conditioning
During this hour, we will be working on the body as a whole. Conditioning the heart to sustain stamina and energy, alongside conditioning the muscles to withstand high intensity and high volumes.
Lunch time circuits is a great way to get away from that sluggish feeling we all get half way through a working day, especially at the end of the week!!
Finish work early and shake off the week! You deserve it. Get ready for the weekend with short bursts of high intensity. Burn calories and feel great after.

Problem areas, we all have them! In this class we will be focusing on our Glutes (butt) Core and Chest. Technique will play a huge part in this class so we will be working of doing it right, over doing it fast.
